If this easter egg hunt is just a ploy to make to make your readers give a closer look to your pages… Congratulation, it worked. I really like the way you use the black and white backgrounds to set up the atmosphere by the way.
Anyway on to the gnome, I’m not completely convinced it’s not just pareidolia, but on the left hand side of the third panel, to the left of the corner of the first panel would be my best guess.
