A man's voice carries through the wooden door of the cabin. "Hey, uh... Lusty. It's me!" Lusty doesn't recognise it. "Who is that?" she thinks. She walks to the door, still clothed only in a shirt. "Uh... it's Badru, that is" the man's voice adds. Lusty thinks "That is not his voice... unless... unless... unless he..." She doesn't dare to finish her thought. The door creaks as she opens it a sliver, letting her see outside. A man stands there, with a medium tone skin, darker than Lusty's tan, and curly black hair. He wears an old shirt with a patch on the back. Lusty is speechless. The man says "Hey". The man's steady gaze meets hers. His expression unreadable. His eyes are amber, like the eyes of the werewolf Lusty was with the night before. His black, curly hair is uncombed, and his face is unshaven. A history of cruel violence plays across his features. One scar cleaves his nose horizontally across the middle. Another scar splits his top lip. Another splits his left brow. Two cross each other on his left cheek. A wide streak of burned flesh stretches from his forehead to his jaw on his right side, taking half his eyebrow with it. Lusty's face lights up. "Is it really you?" she cries, her heart leaping in her chest. "Yeah. Yeah, it's me." Badru says.
